Area fruit trees have begun flowering, permitting us approximately one more week in Chodesh Nisan to make the appropriate (and unique!) blessing in its optimally-proper time.  Please see our Website's Mitzvos page for more information, including a large listing of known and reported fruit-tree locations, and as was the case in previous years, please reply with any changes to that list.  Thank you!

This coming Shabbos P'Acharei Mos-K'doshim (24 Apr 2010), our Shul will joyously celebrate two young men, Josh Elyaszadeh and Shalom Kadosh, becoming B'rei Mitzva.  In order to facilitate the anticipated influx of guests, the minhag-Ashk'naz minyan which normally davens in the Main Shul beginning at 8:30AM will switch venues with the minhag-S'fard minyan which normally davens in the RTMA "downstairs" Bais Medrash beginning at 8:30AM -- again, to be explicit, for this coming Shabbos morning only, the minyan which normally davens in the Main Shul will daven in the RTMA Bais Medrash while the minyan which normally davens in the RTMA Bais Medrash will daven in the Main Shul.  As always when such a switch occurs, those who wish to remain in their usual venue are welcome to daven with the minyan which will occupy that venue this coming Shabbos.  Thank you.
