Year-2008 shiur:

This shiur was given on Tuesday night, 05 Feb 2008. Rabbi Herman focused on the importance of the "average cycle" for women whose cycle isn't "fixed."

Year-2007 shiur:

This shiur was given on Tuesday night, 20 Feb 2007. Rabbi Herman utilized some well-known Biblical verses and Talmudic opinions to publicize comments by RaMBaM, RaMBaN, the Chazon Ish, and Rav Chaim Friedlander (mashgiach of Ponovezh Yeshiva), zichronam livrachah, and suggest how a husband should act during times of physical separation in order to enhance and deepen the wonderful relationship which marriage can be.

This shiur was given over the course of two Sundays in February. Of the shiur#1 outline's points, the first shiur encompassed Part 1 and the first two points of Part 2, as well as the first three pages of the two-shiur handout. The remaining points in the first outline, the entire second outline, the remaining pages of the handout, and the outline of harchakos, are all associated with the second shiur.
